We offer a full range of manufactured sanitizers both with and without alcohol. These come in either a liquid or gel solutions according to distribution preference.

The liquid based solution that has a range of practical applications as it is compatible with various spray machines. This product is a high effective hand and surface sanitizer.

The gel based solution is only designed specifically as hand sanitizer. The thicker solution is more practical for less slippage in a range of slammer bottling options. This gel is better for vending machines.

Our preferred products are liquid and gel which is a 70% percent mix of alcohol. There is a scientific reason behind this. This is due to pure alcohol coagulating the protein upon contact. When pure alcohol is poured over a single celled organism, the alcohol will go through the cell wall of the organism in all directions, coagulating the protein just inside the cell wall. This ring of the coagulated protein would then stop the alcohol from penetrating deeper into the cell, and no more coagulation would take place. At this time the cell would become inactive but not dead. Under more favourable conditions the cell would then begin to function. Conversely if 70% percent of alcohol is poured to a single celled organism, the diluted alcohol also coagulates the protein, but at a slower rate. This allows the solution to penetrate all the way through the cell before coagulation can block it. Using this method, the entire cell is coagulated and the organism dies.

We offer a range of stronger solutions for wholesalers who wish to dilute on site. However, all bottled products have been mixed to meet the 70% optimum solution.
